Do I need ductwork for a heat pump?

No. Ducted systems reuse your existing ducts. Ductless mini-splits heat and cool room by room without any.

What happens at the site visit?

We measure, inspect your panel and ducts, and talk through what you want to change. It takes about 60 minutes.

Are there rebates?

Usually yes. We check federal, state, and utility incentives for your address and build them into your quote.
